Uses

Water-based acrylic primer is suitable for rust-proof primers for various large steel structures, mechanical equipment, ship cockpit inner walls, oil tank outer walls and cast iron parts. In addition, it can also be used in conjunction with various solvent-based anti-corrosion coatings and other metal layer paints.

Construction method:

Substrate preparation: Remove oil, grease, salt, dust and pollutants from the surface of the substrate to ISO Sa2.5 level. The substrate after sandblasting and rust removal must be sprayed with primer within 4 hours.

Construction method: Suitable for conventional spraying, brushing and roller coating.

Construction conditions: Ambient humidity is below 85% and the temperature is between 5℃~35℃. Outdoor painting cannot be carried out in bad weather such as rain, snow, wind and sand.
