Construction steps
Base treatment: Clean the floating dust and easy-to-fall-off parts on the cement substrate to ensure that the base surface is dry; clean and dry the oily areas with water-based cleaning fluid; polish and clean with organic solvents if there are paint or other pollutants, rinse and dry before proceeding to the next process.
Primer construction: Use roller coating or brushing to seal the base layer, the thinner the better.
Middle coating construction: Use floor topcoat mixed with quartz sand for scraping, and apply the thickness according to the needs.
Top coating construction: After removing the floating sand on the surface of the middle coating with a clean flat knife, roll or scrape the floor topcoat 1-2 times.
Top coating construction (optional): After the topcoat is dry, spray or roll a layer of topcoat to protect the surface and increase the brightness.
